After immigrating to the United States in the early 90s in pursuit of the American Dream, Winston earned his MBA which sparked his entrepreneurial spirit. He has always had a healthy obsession with product development and keeping up with the technical side of flooring trends which serves as the main driving force behind many of our most successful product lines. When he is forced to take time away from work, he enjoys fishing and has a genuine love for preparing authentic Chinese cuisine for his grandchildren.
