Laminate Flooring
Laminate flooring is a multi-layered, high-performance flooring system engineered to simulate the appearance of natural materials like wood. The core layer is composed of high-density fiberboard (HDF), providing structural integrity and impact resistance while allowing the subfloor to breathe. Above the core, a high-resolution decorative layer, produced through advanced printing technologies, replicates the desired aesthetic with precision. The topmost layer is a wear-resistant overlay, often constructed from aluminum oxide or melamine resin, offering superior protection against abrasion, scuffing, UV degradation, and chemical exposure.
Installation is commonly achieved through a floating floor method using a click-lock system, which enables rapid, secure assembly without the need for adhesives or nails. This flooring solution is valued for its dimensional stability, low maintenance requirements, and compatibility with radiant heating systems, making it suitable for a wide range of residential and commercial applications
